Experienced Registered Manager opportunity with growing children's residential providers, focused on outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people.

About the role

We are seeking experienced and passionate Registered Managers to join growing children's residential providers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the home
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
  • Promote a child-centred culture throughout the service
  • Develop, mentor and support staff teams
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
  • Drive positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Manage budgets, occupancy and quality assurance processes

Essential requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, or working towards
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted and safeguarding requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
