Services

Recruitment services

Four ways we work with residential childcare and supported accommodation providers. All of them start with a conversation about your service, not a rate card.

Permanent recruitment

For core team roles that need to stick.

  • Values-based screening and structured interview notes
  • Checks and documentation requirements agreed for each appointment
  • Rebate period agreed in writing before we start
  • Follow-up with you and the candidate after a placement starts

Fees and terms

We quote per assignment, in writing, before any work begins. Permanent fees are a percentage of first-year salary with a defined rebate period; temporary work is charged at an agreed hourly rate that includes employer costs. We don't charge candidates for work-finding services, in line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
