Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and the review date is shown above.
Our status as an agency
We act as an employment agency for permanent roles and as an employment business for temporary assignments, in accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We never charge a work-seeker a fee for finding or seeking to find them work. Terms for a specific placement or assignment are agreed separately and take precedence over these website terms.
Vacancy information
Vacancy details are provided in good faith and are correct at the time of publication. Salaries, shift patterns and requirements may change, and roles may be withdrawn without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of employment, and no employment relationship arises from submitting an application.
Applications and registrations
You must provide accurate information when applying or registering, and must not submit another person's details or CV without their permission. We may decline or withdraw an application where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading. Personal data you submit is handled in line with our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or its administration area, scrape content at scale, submit malicious files, introduce viruses, place undue load on the service, or use the contact forms for unsolicited marketing. We may restrict access where these terms are breached.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, imagery and branding, belongs to Connective Careers Pathways or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You may print or download extracts for your own non-commercial use as part of applying for a role.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice. Where we link to another website, we do so for information only and are not responsible for its content or practices.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the website or our service, please use our complaints procedure. We will acknowledge your complaint and explain what we intend to do about it.
