Temporary and bank shifts for experienced residential support workers across children's homes in the Liverpool area.
We are building a small, reliable pool of experienced residential support workers for temporary and bank cover across children's homes in Merseyside. Shifts include days, waking nights and sleep-ins, and we will always be clear about the home, the young people and the expectations before you accept work.
Support young people through daily routines, education and activities.
Follow individual care plans, behaviour support plans and risk assessments.
Record incidents, observations and handovers accurately.
At least six months' experience in residential childcare or a comparable setting.
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
Reliability and clear communication with the home's management team.
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare.
Team Teach or equivalent physical intervention training.
Full UK driving licence.
